About
Meet Milton...
Owner of Freddie’s Pizza Kitchen and pizza maker.
Milton is originally from Jamaica where he started his early cooking career beachside.
It was his passion for Italian cooking that took him to Tuscany where he lived for some years, mastering the art of Italian cooking and pizza making.
Moving to Brooklyn New York gave Milton the opportunity to expand his expertise, and create his signature Italian-crafted, New York inspired thin crust pizzas.
After relocating to Melbourne Australia with his family and heading up kitchens in various successful restaurants and cafes, Milton is back doing what he loves in his own kitchen...
